Dear Vendors

We would like to start off by thanking you for participating in our May 2016 GTA Expo. It was a great success and we met all of our expectations and goals. The next GTA Expo will be taking place on Oct 08, 2016 at the Toronto Sheraton Centre.

There are a few changes to announce. First off, The GTA Expo is proud to announce we are now a non-profit organization. We have decided to focus all of our efforts to raise as much money for charities as possible. Our first charity of focus is SickKids Foundation and they have already joined us as our Official Donor for our Oct GTA Expo.

This time we will be hosting the expo on a Saturday instead of a Sunday which will allow us to extend the hours of the expo.We will also be revamping and updating our website to make sure all of you are listed.

We have put in place a new pricing tier structure for our vendor tables and we already have an overwhelming response for bookings. With limited number of tables available it will be on a first-come first-served basis.

There will be a package sent out in a week with new opportunities to advertise with us.

We look forward to having you back out to the GTA Expo and helping us raise as much money as possible for SickKids Foundation.

Book between July 02, 2016  – Aug 01, 2016  – $100 per table
Book between Aug 01, 2016  – Sept 01, 2016  – $150 per table

We cannot guarantee tables will be available until September 01, 2016 as they are selling fast. There are no discounts available for buying multiple tables.
